IntroductionWhile full format DSLR gear is still going relatively strong, the same can"t be said about APS-C format lenses. Occasionally, we are still seeing mild updates to lớn cameras but APS-C DSLR lenses have basically reached the end-of-line state at least from mainstream manufacturers. There was just a single new release in 2019 (a Tokina) & no(!) release in 2018. Tamron released their latest (last?) dedicated APS-C DSLR lens in 2017 - the Tamron 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 Di II VC HLD, a budget-friendly, ultra-wide-angle zoom lens. The lens uses an HLD "High/Low torque-modulated Drive" for autofocusing. The AF tốc độ is nothing special but not terrible either. A low-level buzzing noise is emitted during AF operations. The 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 Di II VC HLD is compatible with Tamron"s optional TAP-in console which allows you to update the lens" firmware & to calibrate the AF from your laptop rather than having to khuyễn mãi giảm giá with the Tamron service - at a price. A smart offering by Tamron because the AF wasn"t super accurate during our tests at least. Tamron implemented its image stabilizer called "VC" or "vibration control" which a claimed efficiency of up lớn 4 f-stops. As always we suggest being a little more conservative with such claims in real life.
